This is the original numberism drawing of “Breathe”.
“Breathe” depicts the value of self care practices such as mindfulness, meditation and access to nature for the depressed and/or anxious brain. The tree-line shape is inspired by an EEG reading of Sienna’s brain after 8 weeks of mindfulness training and it is drawn with data pulled from the research, showing a neurological improvement in her brain. More info below.
The original drawing also comes with a print out the EEG readings of Sienna’s brain, and a collection of relevant data from the project.
