Throughout this challenge to draw everyday for a year, I learned how to trust myself and how to let go. This series of drawings was a commitment to the rigorous process of creativity, and a pathway to a loving acceptance of failure as part of the process. This collection is a celebration of the creative journey. Each item on this page is an original drawing created in pastel pencil, pan pastel or occasionally color pencil. Each is signed by me and “dated” with the day in the challenge I completed it.

Sienna drew "Embrace" with the numbers of the clock, 1 - 12, to signify time passing in this beautiful moment to remind us to live in the present.
